To our revered and deeply appreciated patrons and supporters:

A temporary injury and resulting medical condition has knocked Petester out of commission for a while and we simply cannot service customer orders in a professional manner until recovery is effected.. It is however a temporary situation and we will be back in operation soon with an announcement on Wayne’s Words.. Watch for it and don’t give up on us.. My name is Pete Klocki and I own the place.. Friends call me “Petester” but you can call me whatever you like. With my name out there for all to see, I’d be embarrassed if I wasn’t sure I was offering fishermen a square deal and the best possible customer service on the web..

For more than fifty years I’ve chased after all sorts of fish, from fly casting a #22 midge at trout in clear mountain streams to diamond jigging Barracuda off Ensenada, Mexico and everything in between. But it always comes back to my favorite and that’s why we are all about Bass. Any Bass. Largemouth, Smallmouth or Striped Bass in all variants and flavors.

It follows then that our product line is geared towards Bass although other predatory specie like Walleye and Northerns readily respond to them as well.. As you scan the bait selection we offer you will find all the old standby patterns Bass fishermen everywhere are familiar with, but we also offer a natural hair bait line that’s unique and unavailable anywhere else.. When it comes to customer service, I’ve been on the other side of the deal enough times to know that waiting a week or more for an order from a big-name outfit to show up when I want to go fishing NOW can be a real grit-grinder.. That’s why everything we ship out goes USPS priority mail.. We are based in Central Arizona and a package put in the mail on Monday will generally arrive at any U.S. Zip code within three business days. We don’t gouge our customers for shipping and handling fees either.. We charge one flat rate of $5.50 for any order size to any U.S. Zip. No sliding rates, no zone or weight calculating, no minimum order sur-charge, no bull..
